Our process

We work with companies where the owner and the team are equally participative. Firstly we interview you, the CEO and/or executives to clarify and understand the values & foundations of your business.

Then we conduct staff interviews to identify where you and staff are in alignment with your own business philosophies.

This process forms the foundation information to determine "where to from here". The process is often illuminating and clarifies company values, beliefs, goals, strengths, areas to grow and highlights performance/communication gaps. The opportunity to independently collect everyone's contributions about company direction and communication is a positive process providing valuable information to CEO/executive.

Depending on the information received and your preferred outcome, we then create a "where to from here" training package to achieve your outcome. This package will provide tools to help integrate any changes necessary to ensure 100% alignment.

Training

Our clients choose a mixture of training conferences, training workshops, follow up 1:1 consultations, and ongoing 6-8 week goal setting programs with everyone in the business, or sections of the business. The approach is personal, confidential and often life changing and helps you, your team and your business create a clear line of sight to achieve its goals in a streamlined approach.

Our approach is long term. We are a niche business. We have a small number of dynamic businesses on longer term contracts with a minimum 12month contract. We can work in your business throughout the year as much or as little as you like depending on your needs.

We believe you can make change quickly and easily, and the best approach to cement the change over a longer term is by providing ongoing support for maximum benefit. We have all been part of training days that make no difference when we go back to work yes? So we have a different long term approach.
